Intensive Journal and Progoff Programs

You will see the terms "Intensive Journal" and "Progoff" referenced throughout our website and promotional materials. 

Dr. Progoff created his theories of human development that he then implemented in creating the Intensive Journal program.  We refer to Dr. Progoff's approach to human development and then how he implemented it in creating the Intensive Journal method as the Progoff methodology. 

In describing the program modules or workshops, we designate them as an Intensive Journal program or module and a Progoff program or module.  They are interchangeable terms that reference the same content and programs.
