You will write in your Intensive Journal workbook in your native language. If you read voluntarily from your workbook, you will read in your native language.

Leaders	Dave Arbogast recently retired as an English Curriculum and Digital Resources Specialist for the Loudoun County Public School District in Northern Virginia.  Previously, he was a high school English teacher and a cross country coach. Dave is affiliated with the National Writing Project and is active in 12-Step recovery programs in Northern Virginia.  Dave has led Intensive Journal workshops in the Mid-Atlantic region for six years.

Location	Workshops will be held at Queen of Apostles Renewal Centre is in the Toronto western suburb of Mississauga, accessible from the greater Toronto area.  The centre offers single bedrooms with private bath.  Spacious grounds with a pond and  swimming pool provide a serene setting for your workshop experience.

Location	The workshop will be held at St. Benedict's Retreat & Conference Centre, a leading retreat center in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The centre is located on 19 acres of scenic wooded land bordering the Red River, an ideal quiet setting for your journal workshop experience.
Leader	Virginia Evard, OSB, has twenty years experience in spiritual direction and retreat work and is the prioress of St. Benedict's Monastery. She holds a Master of Arts degree as well as a Masters of Pastoral Studies and has had extensive experience in conducting Intensive Journal workshops.
