Intensive Journal Workshops in United Kingdom and Ireland
John Sweet is no longer an authorized representative of Dialogue House and the Intensive Journal program. You cannot get an authorized Intensive Journal experience through him.
We are listing programs on the East Coast (Northeast and Southeast regions) and Midwest Regions
of the United States since it is 6-7 hours difference. We want to make the program more accessible by
offering you more choices. We may not list all the programs on the calendar in Northeast, Southeast and Midwest regions of the United States so we
urge you to look there as well. This list includes weekend, weekday, and week-long programs as
well as our monthly session programs to help you stay connected to the program. All times listed
are London time.
Registration is easy - simply email us with your name, address,
phone number, and the workshops in which you want to enroll. We can then send you a

workshops since 1991 primarily in the Midwest. Prior to relocating to the greater Phoenix area,
Kelley served as Senior Editor of Publications in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern
University Medical School in Chicago. Kelley is a published poet and former president of the
American Medical Writers' Association. Dave Arbogast recently retired as an English Curriculum and Digital Resources Specialist for the Loudoun County Public School District in Northern Virginia. Previously, he was a high school English teacher and a cross country coach. Dave is affiliated with the National Writing Project and is active in 12-Step recovery programs in Northern Virginia. Dave has led Intensive Journal workshops in the Mid-Atlantic region for six years. |

Nancy-Elizabeth is now a clinical social worker in Virginia. Her professional career has been as a psychotherapist, educator, hospice social worker and workshop presenter. She began attending Intensive Journal workshops over 35 year ago and has been leading them for the past 10 years. |

- Tuition only. Life Study workshop includes Intensive Journal tabs (not binder).
- + Life-Study module is distinct from the first three modules. In the first three modules, you are learning how to use the Intensive Journal method in your own life. In Life-study, you are first studying the life of a person whose life has meaning for you and whose life is complete - they are deceased. Life-Study requires advance preparation - reading books, seeing films, etc. so that you have a basis from which to keep the Journal on behalf the person you are studying. You should not have an emotional attachment or bias about this person.
You are experiencing their life from an inner perspective as opposed to from an intellectual perspective. Through this experience, you can experience the challenges and processes that your subject experienced in developing their lives so that you can learn lessons for your own life.
