Journal FeedbackSM Process: (Part 3)
Developing Your Journal Work

  • Explain and define the principles for using the Journal FeedbackSM techniques of the Intensive Journal method, a non-analytical method of developing your Journal material.

  • Further develop and organize daily feelings about the workplace through advanced feedback techniques. Work with "log" sections in the Journal workbook and how they can be developed in "feedback" sections.

  • Reappraise and develop major skill areas and interests to expand your professional abilities as you incorporate work from other areas of the Journal (e.g., values, priorities, relationships).

  • Re-approach situations and personal relationships from various perspectives, applying different dialogue techniques.

  • Observe and develop symbolic images to activate new ideas and feelings to increase problem solving skills.

  • Recall and develop experiences of deep emotion and meaning from the workplace and relate the implications to other facets of your work.
