Foundations of the Intensive Journal Method


  • Explain and define the important rules for using the Intensive Journal methodand the principles of holistic depth psychology upon which it is based.

     
  • Observe various perspectives in the workplace situation and apply dialogue techniques to establish a greater understanding of key persons and workplace situations. (Dialogue with Persons, Dialogue with Works)

     
  • Learn specific techniques (from the Life-Time Dimension) to organize and assess skills to administer health care. Review the major Steppingstones, phases of your professional development, and the record and explore opportunities that are waiting to be developed.   • Use dialogue techniques to access feelings about your body, a helpful way to understand your client's situation. (Dialogue with Body)+

     
  • Use Entrance MeditationSM techniques, a neutral form of stillness meditation, to reduce tension and to access thoughts from below the conscious level. (Meditation Log)

     
  • Describe daily feelings and events about the workplace and develop them in the structured Intensive Journal workbook. (Daily Log, Period Log)

     
  • Recall and develop experiences of connection, deep emotion and meaning at the workplace. (Connections: Spiritual Steppingstones)
