Location Stony Point Center (SPC) is located in Stony Point, New York in Rockland County in the lower Hudson valley between New York City and West Point.  see wwwstonypointcenter.org for description and pictures.  The center has beautiful grounds, including Japanese gardens, labyrinth, meditation space and an arts center. SPC is accessible from the Palisades Parkway and by train to Nanuet or by bus from Port Authority to Stony Point.  
Leader Susan Wells has experience in the field of communications spanning 3 decades. Shes been a poet, video producer, radio drama director, researcher on a Peggy Guggenheim biography, teacher, editor, and, most recently, medical writer with a specialty in oncology and neurology. Susan has degrees in English, comparative literature, and anthropology from Columbia University and Middlebury College, and has worked with the Intensive Journal process for over 25 years
