The workshop will be held at a retreat
centre in Richmond, London. The centre has extensive gardens and is
close by to the largest Royal Park in London providing a serene setting
for your workshop experience. Detailed directions for free parking or
easy public transport access will be provided following registration. |

John Sweet PhD is a certified instructor
in the Intensive Journal method which he has been using for over
25 years. He has been largely based in England or Wales during this time
but has attended numerous Intensive Journal workshops in the
United States and would like to make the authentic Intensive Journal
experience and method more readily available in the UK.
John is currently on the visiting faculty of the University of
Bedfordshire supporting dentists who are working towards a Postgraduate
Certificate in Dental Education to enable them to undertake vocational
training of junior colleagues. John is interested in ethical issues,
scholarship of research, learning and teaching and educational and
professional development. How these topics relate one to another is the
subject of his PhD which contains 10 published papers. He is also
involved in practical activities such as implementing strategies for
sustainable energy, beekeeping and growing trees. |
